About Gordon Spring

As a leading business owner with two busy high profile offices Gordon is a well known identity with a dynamic presence on the Northern Beaches. With over 24 years in the real estate industry and as an Admiral and Platinum Life Member of the prestigious LJ Hooker Multi Million Dollar Chapter, Gordon's unfailing enthusiasm along with an incredible natural ability to negotiate in any situation has resulted in a stellar career with high points in 2000 and 2008 after taking ownership of LJ Hooker Collaroy and LJ Hooker Newport respectively. Gordon lives in Newport with his wife and business partner Melissa Maas and his three gorgeous girls, India, Zahara and Leilani. As a true local actively involved in the community, Gordon is just as likely to be found in the surf, on Newport beach managing the nippers or out at sea, competing for that elusive winning catch! It is a combination of this energy and passion for his home environment and work that has allowed Gordon to build a reputation and business which not only continues to deliver results but also creates lifelong friends and relationships. Gordon believes the stress that can be experienced during the buying and selling process can be avoided by getting the right advice, because the right questions are asked at the beginning. Gordon’s mission is to provide an efficient no nonsense approach to the real estate needs of his busy clients by ensuring that the communication channels are always open and that his clients are fully informed for their buying, selling and rental needs.
