About Ian Pepper

Ian Pepper moved into real estate sales in 2019 after a long career providing professional financial and real estate advice. Initially Ian worked as a Chartered Accountant in Australia and overseas before moving into property finance in 2000 with Mortgage Choice. In 2006 Ian started his own property advice and finance business Penguin Financial which he still runs today.


Ian is a respected voice in the real estate and finance industry over many years with regular articles in the Sunday Telegraph and other national and local publications.

 More recently Ian has focused locally with his family, involved in many community groups, volunteering countless hours for local groups including school P&C's, surf clubs and board riding clubs.


Extremely well qualified Ian has a Bachelor of Economics degree, Master of Business Administration and Diplomas in both Finance and Financial Planning.


Self-driven and motivated, Ian has been helping his clients achieve their wealth creation goals through real estate for a few decades now. His ability to carefully listen and understand a client's needs has been crucial to this success and Ian looks forward to helping clients achieve their real estate and financial dreams well into the future.
