About Ian Willis

Being involved in sports all his life, Ian Willis is used to being judged by his results. 'Playing sport is about winning and losing and I like to think about real estate in the same way. Getting a great price for a vendor is like having a win for me as well. Not getting a result is like having a loss, And I hate losing.' Starting his real estate career at Wilsons YOUR LOCAL AGENT in 2005, Ian first spent time working in property management where he showed exceptional customer service and sales ability. The management recognised the ingredience of a top producer and invited Ian to undertake intensive study in listing, marketing and negotiating, where Ian excelled and has never looked back. He is constantly training to ensure his customers receive the best service coupled with top market results. It’s refreshing to see an agent who is always looking forward with a positive attitude. Ian is a true local living on the Woy Woy Peninsula all his life and is seen as a natural leader by the people he comes in contact with. This has been demonstrated by being elected school captain of Umina High School and he has captained most of the rugby league sides he has played in. Ian is married and lives locally with his wife and two children. If your looking for a salesperson to orgainse a sale and push the limits in negotiating a top sale price, Ian Willis is hard to go past.
