Jack Mason is a property professional with over 15 years' multifaceted experience across project marketing, sales, valuation, and property development.

Jack started his career in real estate in commercial property management at Raine & Horne where he learnt the fundamentals of property, including relationships between tenants and landlords, managing leases, legal standings, and the property itself. 

Jack's career then moved into valuations, where he undertook a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Canberra and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Property at the University of South Australia - all while working hands-on at CBRE.

Primarily focusing on residential and commercial development valuations, Jack then moved into a senior role at Independent Property Group as Developments Manager in Project Marketing.

The skills learnt in this role along with his previous experience led to his appointment as Development Director with Nikias Diamond, and the subsequent formation of Bronte Group in 2019. In his current role as Managing Director, he has successfully managed the delivery of over $750 million in property value.
