About James Herbert

You would be hard-pressed to find someone who loves Canberra real estate more than James. With grandparents, parents, siblings and his brother-in-law all in the real estate game, it is well and truly a lifestyle for James.

James established a successful career in one of Australia's biggest valuation and property advisory firms, working on residential development valuation, feasibility, and analysis for some of the region's biggest developers, institutions, and government.

In 2011 James made the switch to Real Estate and has not looked back. Immediately finding success in sales, James has forged a great career on the back of strong market knowledge, constant communication and hard work.

With over 600 personal sales and overseeing 1,000 medium to high-density property sales, James has a complete understanding of how to drive sales and revenue to achieve results for all stakeholders in new residential buildings.
