About Jeremy O'Donoghue

Jeremy was born into a real estate family with his father owning a real estate business in Melbourne for more than 30 years. With First National Real Estate in the family for such a long time and over 8 years of local real estate experience in the Northern Territory, Jeremy saw the opportunity to bring the First National O’Donoghues experience to Darwin. Jeremy loves real estate and working with buyers and sellers alike to achieve great results. He has been accredited in the top 5% of real estate agents consistently for the past 5 years and has achieved the Real Estate Institute of the Northern Territory’s Auctioneer of the year for 2008. Jeremy has also spent considerable time in Property Management giving him an understanding of the importance of both landlords and tenants and he regularly assists with any concerns they may have in relation to their investments. The skilled negotiation of any sale is the key to a successful result. Providing top quality service, communication and offering a wealth of experience in the local market, Jeremy saw the opportunity to put like minded people in the business offering clients professional and friendly service from anyone they deal with in the office. “It is a people business and we all need great people around us, we are very lucky to have such great staff.” The majority of Jeremy’s business is from satisfied past clients and referrals from people that have dealt with him previously. This applies to all of the staff at First National O’Donoghues. New business is always welcome and Jeremy loves meeting and assisting people with their real estate needs.
