Karen De Felice first fell in love with the Coffs Coast as a four-year-old child, when her family started spending annual holidays at Sawtell Caravan Park.Promising that one day she was going to live in the area, Karen's plan came to fruition more than 50 years later, when she moved to the Coffs Coast with husband Tony in 2016. Karen had been seeking a sea change from Canberra, where she'd worked in real estate since 2005, initially in sales but most notably in property management. And in a case of excellent timing, within weeks of buying a beautiful home in a quiet cul-de-sac in Boambee East, an opportunity arose to start work at Unrealestate, just a few kilometres away.Prior to working as a Property Manager in real estate, Karen's roles included a career in nursing and later helping run dairy and sheep farms in NSW.Still an animal lover, Karen enjoys the beautiful north coast weather while taking her two Cavoodles, Wilson and Bonnie out for coastal walks. She and husband Tony also enjoy walking on the beach.Known for being patient, calm, organised and quietly assertive, Karen leads the Property Management team at Unrealestate, and can often be seen driving in the local area in the little hot pink car.
