About Katrina Beohm

There is a moment of pure elation when someone buys or sells a property; a moment filled with hope and excitement at a step so huge it can set someone's life on an entirely new path. And it's those moments that have kept Katrina Beohm working happily in the Lismore real estate market for more than a decade and inspired her to found her own agency. "I love helping people." Katrina says. "I love seeing the satisfaction on people's faces when they are buying something that is going to change their lives for a long time and I love being able to help people to change their lives." Katrina's love of working in real estate is rivalled only by her passion and knowledge of the Northern Rivers. Katrina grew up on her family's farm at Keerrong, north of Lismore, and spent holidays at her grandmother's home at East Lismore. Her family has strong roots in the region and her "Nan" once owned the dairy farm where Southern Cross University now stands. That passion for helping people and for the Northern Rivers region translates into strong results for those who turn to her when buying or selling property in the Lismore real estate market or elsewhere on the Northern Rivers. Over the years Katrina has been honoured with many state and national industry awards for her work in the Lismore real estate market and the broader Northern Rivers real estate market. She picked up her first Australiasian award when she was only 25. Katrina not only can help you make your dreams come true - whether in Lismore real estate or one of the region's many other beautiful towns and villages - she wants to.
