Lee Doyle joined O’Donoghues First National in January 2009 to establish and run the commercial sale and leasing division. After growing up in Darwin Lee went to Brisbane to further his education, studying a Bachelor of Commerce specialising in Economics. Upon completion of his degree Lee entered the commercial property market, firstly as a Cadet at King & Co. Property Consultants then as a Sales and Leasing Consultant in the Industrial and Logistics division at CB Richard Ellis. Over the 5 years Lee worked in Brisbane he was involved in numerous on and off market transactions including land sales, investment sales, project marketing and building sales and leasing. Since returning to Darwin Lee has hit the ground running, having negotiated a number of sales and leasing transactions including CBD properties and industrial land and buildings. Lee offers experience in dealing with owner occupiers and potential investors and has enjoyed facilitating project deals as well as identifying potential up-side and facilitating offers reflecting firmer yields for vendors and increased cash flows for investors.
