A Cronulla enthusiast, Lexene was born in the Shire and has chosen to raise her family in the Shire. Lexene started working for Sid Payne, the founder of the company at Sutherland in 1978 when she completed her real estate licensing course. Throughout her career Lexene has developed her on the job skills further, managing 650 tenants for 4 years, then moving onto the role of sales support and sales consultant where she concentrated on selling waterfront properties and exclusive units and houses. After being honoured with 'Employee of the Year twice, Lexene joined the management team in 2000, where she provided valuable input in running the company. At the same time Lexene developed her role in the accounts department where she managed the company's finances, GST, taxation and payroll until late 2008. Lexene now uses her wealth of real estate knowledge and skills to provide the highest level of service as manager the Commercial Sales and Leasing department.
