In his spare time, Mick loves spending time with his young family. A highly involved member of the Bermagui community, you may see him fishing with his son off the break wall, out and about for a run with his wife and larger than life dog 'Otto',or on patrol at Horseshoe Bay as a volunteer surf lifesaver.
