He has achieved record sales in some areas and has helped his clients achieve above expectation.
Naish is comfortable with all methods of Sale, recent Auctions have achieved great results for his clients in significantly less than average days on market and he is a strong negotiator who works hard to achieve the best price possible.

He lived in Amaroo for a number of years before the move to Yass and is enthusiastic about the features and benefits of life in Canberra in general and Gungahlin in particular. Naish is delighted to be able to share his knowledge about the wealth building potential of the Canberra property market with his large and ever-increasing client base. He is equally comfortable discussing LJ Hooker's extensive portfolio of off-the-plan opportunities or the vast stock of existing properties and he has sold a large number in both these arenas. Naish holds dual registration in NSW and ACT and works in both jurisdictions.
Love for his chosen profession, hard work, a positive approach, persistence and outstanding service to his clients are hallmarks of Naish's approach.
If I wasn't in Real Estate I would be... a teacher. I was 40 years a teacher and leader in NSW and ACT High Schools, working in regional Australia, and cities and a small country town. Like Education, Real Estate is a people business. Three of my children are teachers and I occasionally return to the classroom at their invitation.
The people I admire the most are... my children and all they have achieved, and my wife, Christine - her courage and the parts we have played and continue to play in the lives of our children.
I bought my first house... with Christine and we raised 8 children in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house in Wagga Wagga. Modesty was not an option.
I had the time of my life when... a few years ago I made a parachute jump with three of my children. I fell thousands of metres before the 'chute opened. When it opened I looked down to see, far in the lower distance, a helicopter! It was an exhilarating and uplifting experience.
Over the years I have learnt... that resilience, gratitude and physical vitality are essential ingredients for happiness.
My favourite pastime is... surfing - being immersed in salt water and riding a breaking wave.
Life is... being surrounded by family. We were fortunate recently to have our entire immediate family with us to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary.
If you... swim in the ocean remember there is no black line on the bottom and if you don't look up occasionally you will be badly off-course.
My motto in life is. don't sweat the small stuff - and it's all small stuff.
