Phyllis is an exceptionally experienced real estate agent, with a stellar track record in helping her lovely clients buy and sell homes across the Canberra region for almost fifteen years.

With a genuine care for property and people, Phyllis offers six-star personalised service which keeps her in high demand with constant referrals from existing happy clients. She prides herself on always offering more than expected, being authentic 100% of the time, and supporting buyers and sellers in practical ways as they embark on what she knows can be a major life change.

Having sold countless properties across the ACT, Phyllis is skilled in advising vendors on how to maximise their property's potential to achieve outstanding results. She is an excellent communicator, and offers valuable advice on presentation, pricing strategy and marketing. She also takes pride in her results, including achieving new suburb records.

As a resident of Cook, Phyllis has extensive market knowledge of the suburb and the Belconnen region. She is passionate about her community and faithfully believes in giving back where she lives and breathes - avidly supporting local events, organisations and schools.

In a previous life, Phyllis left Canberra and lived in the Snowy Mountains for thirty years where, among other roles, she was assistant to the CEO of Thredbo. During this time, she met her husband Rod, where they were both heavily involved in the ski industry, which took them travelling and working throughout ski resorts in Americaand Europe. One of the highlights while living in the mountains was owning and operating their family bed and breakfast lodge. She then embarked on a new career selling rural land with a successful developer before returning to Canberra and further pursuing her love of the real estate industry.

Phyllis is the consummate professional known for her impeccable work ethic and approachable nature.
