Having grown up with real estateas a main focus point in Verity's family it was an easy transition into the family business. Starting at the company in 2012 as a receptionist, now recently has been promoted into an assistant property management and admin role.
Within the 2 years with SadilQuinlan,verityhas developed a passion forproperty management. As anassistant property managershe understands a landlord's expectations and ensures she works to the highest standards incorporating her organisational skills and communication skills.
Verity understands theimportanceofgood customer serviceand prides herself on her communication skills. Promising to remain in contact with lessors and tenants on any matter she is handling making sure all issues are dealt with a prompt and accurate manner.
Verity has a sound knowledge ofCanberraand its surrounds having lived in Belconnen and in Woden, this gives her great perspective of different areas and helps to have firsthand experience in both areas.

About Cara:
Having worked in Real Estate for the several years Cara has an abundance of experience and knowledge in the field she Started as a receptionist in 2011 and the transitioned into administration support in both Property Management and Sales, this gives Cara a view from all different sides of real estate letting her knowledge extend way beyond just property management this helps her in every situation she faces.

Having completed her Cert IV in 2016 this gives Cara the most updated legislation knowledge which is used daily when dealing with property management along with sort after training Cara also displaysan excellent work ethic, attention to detail and great customer service skill which helps dealing with lessors and tenants alike. On top of this she also has great problem solving skill that helps her excel in real estate.

Cara's warm and friendly nature goes a long way in helping to manage all matters pertaining to Property Management with care and proficiency she always takes her job seriously and believes that communication is the key to every relationship.
