The Collective's Projects Associate Rhys Pollock may have entered the real estate industry at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, but that's certainly not stopped him from hitting the ground running and making his mark on the Canberra real estate market.

An impressive AFL player, property has always been a core passion of Rhys' outside his love of football. He's a numbers man through and through, and loves the investment side of the industry, including research, finance and finding creative ways to build wealth through property.

His approach is to not over complicate things; and he's known for his communication, clarity and genuine consideration - ensuring his clients are comfortable and informed at each stage of the journey.

Armed with a Certificate IV in Property Services and successes in the commercial leasing space, Rhys joins The Collective's Projects team where he'll be assisting the projects team through managing off the plan sales and stakeholders to deliver the ultimate value to our clients.

And when he's not working, you'll find Rhys chasing that football or indulging in a round of golf or two with friends.
