About Richard Hunt

Hi, my name is Richard Hunt and I am a fully licensed real estate professional. Prior to moving in real estate, I worked in the international commodity markets in London, a results driven environment which has certainly given me good grounding to succeed in real estate.
Whilst my primary focus will always be delivering outstanding sales results for my clients, I get my job satisfaction helping people successfully navigate their moving process. With all the best intentions and planning in the world, the process rarely runs smooth. So, unlike many others, my service continues after the property is sold and settled.
Originally from the UK I decided to move to Yamba as I kept coming here on holiday and never wanted to leave. It is an awesome town with a great community and I am lucky to have been able to make this happen. I still pinch myself to remind me that it is all real.
I'm a firm believer that you can't eat your business cards. What I mean by this is that you'll find plenty of agents out there focused on awards. Don't be fooled, these are purely certificates that they are doing their job.
I guess I don't take myself that seriously. My records are vinyl and belong on my record players. If you are looking to make a decision on finding a good agent to help your move, just ask around. Yamba is a very small town.
