For 6 years he owned and operated a specialist Sales & Development consultancy dealing with over 40 different Councils across Sydney and during this period he also sat on a Housing Industry Association advisory committee. Prior to his appointment at the vintage, Robert was a Licensee and Special Projects Manager of the largest Real Estate firm in Nelson Bay with a sales team of 7 and total staff of 28.
