Tania Butler-Kemp is the team's long-term Sales Consultant & Operations Manager, working on marketing and administration needs, while also assisting at open homes and auctions.

Having completed a Marketing and Advertising degree, and also being a home owner, she understands and thrives in the fast paced nature of the Real Estate Industry. Tania uses her skills to take over numerous day to day jobs which allow the rest of the team to focus their attention on communicating with buyers and sellers to negotiate successful outcomes, another reason why 'OurTeam' is so much more effective than 1 or even 2 agents working together.

Tania's role includes tasks such as working on pre-market and post-market preparation of clients' homes, attending appointments such as photoshoots and building inspections, writing and proofing marketing material in conjunction with the company marketing department, coordinating with solicitors, evaluators, brokers, tradespeople, strata managers and property managers.

Once the team take on a new listing, everyone can just sit back and relax as Tania starts the huge array of tasks required to not just sell a property, but achieve a spectacular and hassle-free result.
