Tim McInnes is widely regarded as one of the most successful agents in North Canberra, beginning his career in 2007. Starting out as a humble personal assistant to an agency owner, he made his way up through the ranks in one of North Canberra's largest real estate agencies. In 2010, he was head hunted to become a co-director at another one of Canberra's most successful agencies, where he helped build a strong sales and property management business over nine years.
With their increasing success, Tim and his wife Annabelle reached a crossroads, and made the decision to branch out and create Timothy Road after having a vision to create a specialist company that focuses solely on the established market.
Timothy Road is an exclusive company with a completely different structure to your typical real estate model. It is a company that lets homeowners know that it will only manage the sale of a specific number of homes at any one time. It is a brand that knows what it values and who it represents. This model allows for targeted strategies and marketing methods. It allows for a more tailored approach to each sale, while the sophistication of the brand and exclusivity, create a greater perception of value to buyers.
Outside real estate Tim considers himself a family man who is passionate about fitness and travel. He looks to be an example for his young son in his day-to-day actions, and considers any past or present success he has accomplished, to be a direct consequence of being married to his inspiring wife, Annabelle.
