Tim Randell has been born and bred in Armidale. Schooled at Ben Venue and completing his Higher School Certificate at Duval High School, Tim has worked hard and continually strived at achieving excellent results in his education and occupations alike.
Working in the trade industry for several years concreting in his family's business, during and on completion of his schooling, Tim developed a strong work ethic and mastered the art of working not only hard but fast to produce thorough and quality results.
A move to the retail sector saw Tim rise from a salesman at Dick Smith to a manager in a short time with motivation and dedication to his role. With his genuine, level headed and down to Earth approach Tim continually achieved not only his own personal sales targets but through working affectively with his sales team achieved increasingly better results for the store.
Carrying over his sales skill set to Real Estate in September 2011, Tim has burst into the market place with some great sales achievements. Believing in and abiding by the motto "fair dinkum" Tim's humorous, honest and down the line personality has gained him great respect and terrific likability within the Armidale community, business peers and colleagues alike. Keeping very in touch with the local marketplace, Tim's sound knowledge and tenacious drive, matched with his realistic and genuine nature have aided him in securing solid deals for his vendors, investors and buyers respectively.
An avid fisherman, camper, and aviation enthusiast, Tim is a member of the Armidale Trout Anglers and Armidale Aero Clubs, as well as member and occasional bowler at The Armidale Bowling Club. When not enjoying these social and recreational activities in his spare time, Tim loves nothing more than spending time at home with his family, and playing and learning with his young daughter.
