About Tom Ellis

Tom Ellis has sold 20 properties in the last 12 months. On average, these properties were advertised on Allhomes for 44 days.

Tom's natural ability to work with people and his inherited interest in Real Estate saw him qualify as a Registered Real Estate Agent before he was 23. It was at this time in 1998 that Tom established the Chapman Sales office for Bertram Ellis Real Estate. After a further seventeen years of industry experience Tom became the owner Bertram Ellis Real Estate and remains happily in the Chapman office where his experienced team now offer an informed personalised service for both sales and property management.

In 2015 Tom became a director of the Real Estate Institute of the ACT providing him the opportunity to give back to the industry that he is so passionate about.

Tom enjoys negotiating and achieving good results for his vendors - not just a top price, but a stress free experience. Every seller has the benefit of his experience and attention wherever their property is located and whether it is part of an investment portfolio or a family home of many years.

People choose Tom as their agent because he is enthusiastic and knows what he's doing. They can trust him and a growing number are returning a second third and fourth time for the same quality of service that they received on the first occasion.
