Tracy grew up in the Greystanes area and went to school at Holroyd High School before going to university to study a Bachelor of Business (Marketing & Business Management). All of her family still lives in the Greystanes area and she has strong ties to the area. Her main role within the company is marketing, accounting and acting as managerial support to all departments. She has worked in sales for over 10 years and also holds her real estate licence.
