About Troy Loretan

Very few Sales Consultants within the Real Estate world have had the chance to gather the experience that Troy has at the age of 36. Troy commenced his career in the real estate industry shortly before turning 18 and finds himself with 19 years experience in selling real estate of all types throughout the Manning Valley.
Over the past 19 years Troy has gained extensive experience in the sale and management of residential, rural, industrial and commercial properties throughout Taree, Wingham and the surrounding townships and villages.
Another testimate to Troy's commitment and experience within the real estate industry is his full Real Estate, Stock & Station & Business Agents license which he obtained at the young age of 22.

At the commencement of 2004 Troy began studies by correspondence to complete his career goal of obtaining a full and unrestricted Real Estate Valuer's License. During the middle of 2008 Troy achieved his goal and is now a Licensed Property Valuer, he is one of a very few Valuers of his age group on the Mid North Coast.
Troy's family (Loretan's) have owned and operated a Taree based Jewellery business for in excess of 85 years. Troy's late Father, Doug Loretan & late Grandfather, Snow Loretan where very well known and reputed local businessmen.
With good family values Troy aims to provide his clients with a well educated and experienced service at all times.
