Coming from many successful years in business, including 12 Years with the Salvation Army in Sydney (8 years as NSW Corporate Services Manager for the Salvation Army Employment Plus program) followed by several years of Motel ownership and Apartment Complex Management. Wayne took over as Principal / Director of Wondai Real Estate in early 2012. Wayne's most recent Real Estate experience includes managing Student Apartments in Brisbane and a brand new luxury waterfront apartment complex in 2010/2011. Wayne prides himself on providing an exceptional level of customer service with complete honesty and integrity. Growing up in a tiny country town in New Zealand - Wayne and his wife Mia are pleased to be back in such a lovely country town such as Wondai. Wayne has a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ). He is also the Secretary and Treasurer of the Wondai Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Wondai Real Estate is proud to be an Accredited Agency with the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ).
