About Zoe Wheelhouse

Zoe is a born and bred Canberran, who joined the Luton team with over 10 years of management experience in hospitality, the beauty industry, and Property Management.


Having immersed herself into her Real Estate career for over 8 years, Zoe has progressed from a Property Manager to Team Leader and most recently to the Head of Property Management for the Luton Team.


Zoe is immensely passionate about providing high quality customer service, exhibits inordinate empathy with clients and staff and is part of the amazing property management team at Luton providing premium service to all owners and tenants alike.


Luton staff pride themselves on providing knowledge of the market and changes in the legislation which may impact on tenants and investors.


Zoe has attained her ACT full licence and aims to have her NSW licence imminently. Her achievements and dedication to the role have been recognised by the following awards: Winner 2018 REIACT Achievement Award, Finalist 2018 LPMA Rising Star Award, Winner 2019 Luton Appreciation Award, Winner 2020 Luton Property Management Excellence Award - Outstanding Performer, Winner 2021 Luton Appreciation Award and Winner 2022 Luton Director's Award.
