This Apartment is completely renovated. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, robe and reverse-cycle A/C. The open-plan living area comprises a single bed, lounge, dining setting, large flat-screen TV, reverse-cycle A/C and beautifully-appointed kitchen with quality finishes, dishwasher and Westinghouse appliances. These include full-size oven, 4 burner hotplate, microwave oven and a large refrigerator.
Underground parking is provided for one vehicle. The basement vehicle height restriction is 2 metres. The apartment is 1 or 2 levels above the basement, with stair access only.
Rental Conditions: A Short Term Rental Application form must be completed, (with relevant ID/references) and must be approved by Management in advance. The first 4 weeks' rent is to be paid in advance, plus a $500 cleaning/damage deposit, $50 key deposit and $120 carpet cleaning fee. The Short Term Rate is currently $805 per week, which includes electricity, water and one complimentary linen change and light service weekly. A minimum 4-week (28-night) stay applies. Maximum of 3 guests. Pets are not permitted.
