Now in its 10th season on Channel 31, highly regarded weekly architecture program Sacred Spaces is turning its focus to the often under-recognised contribution that women make to the discipline and discourse.

Produced by Glen Noble and kicking off on Tuesday, August 4, at 6.30pm, the series will feature a host of leading female architects talking about their award-winning buildings and projects.

Debbie Ryan of McBride Charles Ryan will discuss the multi-award-winning Dallas Brooks Community Primary school, while Rosa Coy of Coy Yiontis Architects will trace the trajectory and philosophy behind House 3 (pictured), which won the residential category at the recent Victorian Architecture Awards.

Elsewhere, Sara Jackson from Jackson Architecture will introduce the ground-breaking Rathdowne Place aged care facility in Carlton.
