Sunday’s extremely honest judge feedback left almost all the couples reeling, with the exception of the beaming Steph and Gian in House 4.
The couple took home a whopping $50,000 worth of prizes, and a much needed morale boost after a horror start to their Block experience.
Afterwards, the rest of the Blockheads revealed what they really thought of the judges’ comments in this exclusive video for 9Entertainment.
“I can’t even keep up anymore,” an exasperated Kristy said. She felt the remarks made were inconsistent. “You want different things for different houses.”
Kyle and Leslie were also taken aback. Kyle thought the scoring and feedback didn’t always align, and that worked both ways – good comments, low scores and harsh comments, high scores.
His sentiment wasn’t just limited to his own house. “I think others would say the same,” he said. “They felt like they had fairly brutal feedback but still got higher scores.”
Steph and Gian were overwhelmed to win and in comparison to others, said they used the judge feedback to make some crucial changes in their second room reveal.
Steph and Gian also open up about Marty’s comments on the other houses, and you can see exactly what they said by watching the clip above.
