The five homes from The Block 2022 have officially hit the market.

Tom and Sarah-Jane, Rachel and Ryan, Ankur and Sharon, Dylan and Jenny and Omar and Oz have been working tirelessly to transform a set of country houses into someone’s great Australian dream.

With the teams renovating the largest houses in the show’s history, there’s still a lot to be done. But until then, the listings for each home are live and give potential buyers and real estate fans a closer look at the homes.

The houses have indicative price guides ranging between $4 million and $4.4 million, which according to Domain is at least $2,900,000 above Gisborne’s median house price of $1,100,000.
