WINE TIME \ Christian McCabe (co-owner of Embla and Lesa) and winemaker Patrick Sullivan have opened Punchin’ Bottles on Russell Street in the city, highlighting Victorian producers and hosting weekly tastings.

OCEAN FRESH \ Morgan’s in Sorrento has a new food director, award-winning chef Paul Wilson, and summer menu. Escape the city and sit down to a “nose to tail”-style of seafood dining, from ceviche to sashimi and fish ‘n’ chips.
