Hollywood star Guy Pearce’s bayside Melbourne house is the most-wanted property in Australia this week.

The handsomely-renovated Edwardian at 341-343 Richardson Street in Middle Park, which Pearce has owned for almost 29 years, is the most-viewed listing nationally on Domain.
