Real estate can be a tough business but a slew of up-and-coming talent are making their mark in Canberra.
The inaugural Allhomes Rising Star Awards is shining a light on the industry’s newest trailblazers.
The 2017 awards recognise hardworking sales agents and property managers who are 30 years old or younger or who have been in the industry for two years or less.
Finalists in each category have demonstrated a commitment to innovation, dedication and achievement.
They include 11 real estate agents and five property managers.
The top sales agent and property manager will each be crowned 2017’s Allhomes Rising Stars at an awards ceremony at the Boat House on Wednesday, July 26.
Finalists have demonstrated their use of innovative solutions and marketing to achieve a competitive edge; an understanding of client experience and a willingness to go above and beyond; and their biggest achievement or career milestone to date.
Applicants also submitted videos explaining what makes them a rising star in the business.
The winners in each category will be featured in the Allhomes property guide on Saturday, July 29 and will get to drive a BMW for the week.
The ACT initiative comes off the back of Domain’s inaugural awards in 2016.
