Amaya has been a hit among discerning downsizers with almost two-thirds of the Griffith development sold.

The flexible settlement terms ensure the downsizing is as seamless as possible.

The complex, which is now complete, includes 131 units across seven low-rise buildings. Luxurious inclusions can be found in each apartment from the affordable one-bedroom units to the $2 million penthouses.

Designed by Cox Architects, every building is no higher than three storeys and there is a lift to each floor. All homes are low maintenance, while wide corridors and doorways, large rooms and functional kitchens allow for accessibility, flexibility and ease of living.

Each apartment is fitted with premium inclusions such as Miele and Smeg appliances, wall-hung Parisi basins, ducted airconditioning and heating.

A secure enclosed garage in the basement car park is also included with each home.

The penthouse apartments offer added luxuries such as a warming drawer, Zip water dispenser and a wine fridge.

Apartments range from $448,900 for a one-bedroom unit to $2.1 million for a sprawling four-bedroom home.
