Jennifer Aniston called on one of her A-list friends to help her out in the property world.
The actress purchased a sprawling Montecito mansion in August for nearly $US14.8 million ($21.6 million) from none other than Oprah Winfrey, according to Siteline Santa Barbara and Dirt.
It’s understood Aniston secured the main Mediterranean residence on the estate, while a week prior, two cottages on the site were sold to Winfrey’s personal trainer and property manager Bob Greene, for a cool $US2.3 million ($3.3 million).
Winfrey reportedly purchased the estate, which is surrounded by lush greenery in one of the most sought-after areas of Los Angeles, for $US10.5 million ($15.3 million) last year.
There are no photos of the interiors, however aerial shots reveal the property to boast manicured lawns, a beige sandstone exterior, French doors and arched windows.
Aniston will be able to call Justin Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun as one of her neighbours, with reports he bought Ellen DeGeneres’ Montecito mansion.
DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi offloaded their sprawling home for a whopping $US36 million ($52.8 million).
It’s understood Braun secured the property in an off-market deal.
