“The precinct itself is going to be an attraction in itself once it’s all developed,” says the agent, who is expecting great things from the waterfront area.

“It will be quite a thriving part of the town centre.”

Canberra’s newest waterfront precinct will bring energy to the Tuggeranong Town Centre, with plans for new cafes, shops and restaurants. A new central park and a network of paths and trails integrate the town centre with the lake.
