Ariana Grande has said “thank you, next” to her historic Montecito home.
The singer, 29, sold her two-bedroom, three-bathroom abode in Santa Barbara for a cool $US9.1 million ($14.2 million), according to Siteline Santa Barbara and Dirt.
It’s understood the purchase was made in an off-market deal with the buyer’s identity yet to be revealed.
Grande only lived in the property for two years, having bought it off Ellen DeGeneres for $US6.8 million ($10.6 million).
Resident ‘house flipper’ DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi bought the home for $US3.6 million ($5.6 million) back in 2020 and completed an extensive renovation.
The couple kept the property’s unique beamed ceilings but added in their own design flair with a sleek black, white and timber palette and retro-style furnishings.
Known as the Porter House, the home is certainly unique in that it was built in England in the 1700s as two barns.
It was then shipped to California and put back together in a rather lengthy project.
Montecito is an A-list favourite, with Jennifer Aniston having splashed nearly $US14.8 million ($21.6 million) in August on a sprawling mansion in the area from none other than Oprah Winfrey.
Aniston will be able to call Justin Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun as one of her neighbours, with reports he bought Ellen DeGeneres’ other Montecito mansion.
Grande is best known for her hits Thank U, Next, Dangerous Woman and Side to Side with Nicki Minaj.
