Audrey Hepburn's 'Sabrina' mansion is on offer for a cool $15 million

An Audrey Hepburn-approved waterfront New York mansion could be yours.

The regal seven-bedroom Westchester County estate, where the late actress played Sabrina Fairchild in 1954 film Sabrina, is on offer for $US11 million ($15 million).

Listed by Sotheby’s International Realty and represented by agent Christy Murphy, the palatial property was one of three mansions used to film the American rom-com drama.

Hepburn starred as Sabrina Fairchild, the daughter of the Larrabee family’s chauffeur, Thomas.

Fairchild was in love with David Larrabee, and lived on the Larrabee estate with her father.

Boasting eight bathrooms, the grand abode is situated among lush greenery, with the landscaped gardens leading to a private beach.

There is ample space to relax and unwind on the grounds with a guest cottage, a private library, a courtyard terrace, and a yoga studio on the third floor of the main house.

Built in 1917, the brick Georgian mansion features a classic and regal aesthetic.
