A luxurious seven-bedroom mansion in Sydney dubbed Australia’s most beautiful beach house is also Australia’s most wanted home.

Listed by Forbes Global Properties, the recently-designed beachfront home at 35 Ocean Road in Palm Beach has expectations of around $40 million, and the listing is the most clicked on, Australia-wide on Domain, over the past seven days.

This would be much more the Sydney northern beaches record set by the sale of 167 Pacific Road in Palm Beach for $27.5 million in June, but 6 Cabarita Road in Avalon Beach, fresh on the market, has $50 million price hopes will set a new benchmark.

Named Bellona, the Palm Beach abode has been described on the listing as “Australia’s most beautiful beach house”.
