The former viral video sensation turned Golden Globe winner, Awkwafina, has listed her Los Angeles home for a cool $US2.395 million ($A3.16 million), Dirt.com reports.
Also known as Nora Lum, the star is moving up in the world, reportedly having bought a villa for $US3.5 million and now selling her previous home.
It’s a long way from her younger days in the New York borough of Queens, or her beginnings as a YouTube hit.
She later reached the big screen in Ocean’s 8, Crazy Rich Asians, Jumanji: The Next Level and The Farewell, for which she won a Golden Globe award.
The stylish three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom townhouse is in the West Hollywood neighbourhood near restaurants and shops.
Set across three levels with four balconies and a double garage, it offers 218 square metres of living space.
The contemporary design includes wooden floors, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a double-height atrium in the dining space with drop lighting, sky lights and a sound system with built-in speakers.
