Ben Affleck has found a buyer for his stunning Pacific Palisades home.
According to TMZ, the actor accepted an offer for the seven-bedroom mansion this week, with the price and buyer’s identity yet to be revealed.
Listed by The Agency earlier this month, the estate had an asking price of $US29.9million ($42.9million) and is certainly easy on the eye.
Described as a “gated oasis” on the listing, the abode occupies 1,249-square-metres and is an entertainer’s dream with a sprawling lawn and covered patio.
There is also an outdoor pool with waterslide, and a fully-equipped guesthouse.
Other standout features of the estate include an entertainment room, gym, and gourmet-style kitchen with top-notch Miele appliances.
The Gone Girl star purchased the gorgeous home for $US19.2million ($28million) after his divorce from Jennifer Garner in 2018.
It’s in close proximity to the former family home where Garner and their children reside.
Affleck recently made headlines for tying the knot with Jennifer Lopez.
