If we had the cash to splash, we would definitely check out these luxurious homes, from a designer pad with manicured gardens, to a contemporary beachside bolthole.

Toorak

Beautifully manicured gardens that wrap around a heated pool are a highlight of this Nicholas Day-designed apartment, one of just two and located a short stroll from Yarra River walking trails.
