Listing photos reveal the shower cubicle’s close proximity to the kitchen bench and sink.

There is no mention of the shower on the listing. The bathroom contains a bathtub and toilet.

Lancaster is a city in northwest England, just over a two-hour drive from London.

The property is described on the listing as a “unique detached home” that’s marketed towards keen renovators who are ready to get their “creative juices flowing”.

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, next to the bathroom, and the entire top floor is an attic bedroom.

There is a rear garden and garage that could be transformed into an ideal entertainment zone.

The listing states the property is “awaiting a complete renovation”.

Photos reveal dated carpet, peeling paint on walls and basic cabinetry.
