For many, a home is a reflection of their personality. Whether they have spent years curating an ideal home or if it’s merely filled with a selection of all their favourite things – a home really does tell a story.

A new townhouse development in Dickson, Haus Lane, provides the perfect base for those wanting to express their uniqueness through their home.

“The floor plans are all very similar so buyers are picking their townhouses based on the exterior and interior design,” says Independent Property Group listing agent Charles Nussio.

“With the interiors we don’t have set colour schemes, instead we have a collection of samples that people can mix and match and put together as they see fit.”

Haus Lane’s unconventional approach is evident upon first glance of the eclectic facades which effortlessly blend an array of different materials and embody a design that is sympathetic to Dickson’s historic surrounds.

“The brief of the townhouses is they all eclectic and unique in their own way. All the facades are different which breaks it up from the street,” says Nussio.

“When they are finished we want them to look like they have been there for years. We are using a lot of red brick on the facade.”

While the exterior will have an old-school feel, the terraces will feature modern fit outs including induction cooktops, double glazed windows, timber flooring and ducted heating and cooling.

Each of the terraces takes advantage of a northern aspect and there is cross flow ventilation through large outdoor entertaining areas.

Nussio says there will be a village-style atmosphere across the 14 townhouses, with a common driveway area doubling as a communal hub.

“There’s a half basketball court in the common driveway,” he says.

There will be 12 two-bedroom and two three-bedroom townhouses. Each residence will also have a double lock up garage with internal access.

The development is being built by Banyan Constructions

Haus Lane is designed by TT Architecture, with interiors by The Dept. of Design and landscaping by SPACELAB.

The same group collaborated on Stockdale45 – another townhouse development in Dickson with 17 multi-storey townhouses.

The estimated building completion date is around mid 2019.
