A property billed as “Brisbane’s most exclusive home” has hit the market.
Perched on the precipice of Kangaroo Point cliffs, the views from 1 Leopard Street are arguably the most spectacular in all of Brisbane.

State government records show the vendors bought the vacant 1184-square-metre allotment in 2010 for $4.74 million.
Previous news reports incorrectly stated they had purchased the property with the house already on it, however Lancashire confirmed the vendors, a prominent Brisbane family, bought the block vacant and subsequently built the house themselves alongside acclaimed designer Greg Harris.
With1500 square metres of living space, the house itself is jaw-dropping in every sense and, as Lancashire explained, absolutely unique.

Designer Greg Harris said while the owners had a vision for their home, they were also sensitive to the surrounding historical properties, which include Lamb House, one of Brisbane’s best-known heritage-listed homes.
“The owners have spared no expense in achieving what is the ultimate living experience but have done so using beautifully understated and timeless finishes,” he said.
