A buyer is prepared to splash the cash on a clifftop home in a blue-ribbon suburb.
After the three-bedroom, three-bathroom property called the “Lighthouse” at 10 Wentworth Street in Dover Heights, NSW, went to auction on Saturday, a multimillion-dollar deal was made.
Listing agent Steven Zoellner of Laing+Simmons Double Bay tells Nine that the oceanfront home sold for a confidential price of under $11 million after auction.
Occupying 556 square metres, the two-story property is striking in its design with its curved concrete exterior matching the shape of the cliffs.
