“[Both homes] were completely refurbished late last year, so there’s nothing for the new owners to do in terms of renovating.”

The property is only two hours from Canberra, just over three from Sydney, and two minutes from North Batemans Bay.

“It feels very private, like a great getaway while still being close to the beach,” said Van Der Stelt. 

“Inquiries have been from early retirees from the Valley region who wanted a sea and tree change, or those who are looking for Airbnb options.”

“[The property] is very unique; you won’t find a home in the Batemans Bay area of this age and quality.”

This well-loved property was hard to part with for the Crimmins, but new opportunities await whoever comes to cherish the property.
