Every country town seems to have a bakery and there’s nothing quite like a homemade pie to draw in locals and visitors alike.

That attraction is further enhanced depending on where that town is located. And this opportunity is a drawcard within the NSW south coast village of Milton, just six kilometres north-west of Ulladulla or about five kilometres inland from Mollymook.

Milton has a reputation as a foodie destination for its fresh produce, fine wines, quality restaurants, country pubs – and the Heritage Bakery.

The latter is offered for sale on a walk-in, walk-out basis. The historic (c1870) two-storey building sits on more than 2600 square metres on the corner of the Princes Highway and Croobyar Road.

The business was established nearly 20 years ago and offers freshly baked bread, pies, pastries and coffee. It’s open every day with off-street parking for up to 44 vehicles. There’s a large commercial kitchen, seating in and outdoors and external restrooms.

Craig Cooper of Cooper Coastal Properties says the opportunity is likely to appeal to an individual or a couple looking to relocate to a country location.

“It’s an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a change of lifestyle with income from a well-established business,” he says.

“Everything is in place to enable a new owner to seamlessly continue the business.”
