It’s a regrettable sale for the pair, but they are ready to pass on this gem.

“We are moving back to northern NSW after the birth of our first child to be closer to our families,” Alana says. 

“I hope whoever buys the home – young or old – can create the sort of memories we have here. We were newly married when we moved in, and now we have had our first child here.”
