Belconnen, or “Belco” as it’s affectionately known, is dubbed one of the city’s affordable heartlands alongside Tuggeranong. 

The district is no stranger to new residents including university students, couples and growing families who want to enjoy suburban living at its best. 

Residents have everything at their doorstep, with Westfield Belconnen at the heart of the region and Lake Ginninderra just a stone’s throw away. 

“I was born and raised in Belco and have seen it grow from strength to strength,” said Amy Wilson of Belle Property Canberra.
