Selling agent Campbell Jones of Blackshaw Manuka said the majority of the interest so far had come from people looking for space and ample vehicle accommodation.

In the main living area is a feature wall containing airbrushed artwork which was there before the owners moved in. Its origins remain a mystery, Jones said.
